Review/write the technical requirements for test and checkout of propulsion systems and their subsystems/GSE. Test procedure development. Ground support equipment development and preventive maintenance requirements for propulsion system test and checkout. Rocket engine test and checkout in support of engine hot fire, post hot fire, preps for launch. Engineering support requests ESRs), engineering orders (EOs), requirement change documents (RCNs)and the inclusion of those changes to the test and checkout procedures. Specialties: Propulsion system test and checkout engineering, meeting facilitation/presentation, designing fluid system testing to meet strict pre-flight reqmnts, payloads, QC/QE, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Production/Manufacturing engineering of large AL and SS aerospace parts for LEO flight, real time fixes, high pressure safety, Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical writing, procedure review/editing and upgrades, system validation and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Integration of all the above within the documents create a major challenge often seen as one of the largest challenges but I was able to handle tha well.
