I have consistently developed my professional knowledge and skills to progress into my current role,as an International and Pastoral Recruitment Advisor with Frimley Health NHS. I am a key player withresponsibility for leading on the successful recruitment and onboarding of NHS staff joining fromoverseas facilitating the trust’s ability to function and providing essential services to NHS users. As ahighly capable people manager, I lead the pastoral service team of 6 people, ensuring their work iscompleted in line with our objectives while providing support and guidance when required.I possess creative and innovative abilities for the design and development of recruitmentprocedures, policies, and training resources. I have demonstrable expertise in leading projectsincluding succession planning, learning and development, performance management processes, thehandling of employee relations issues and recruitment.
