Stephen is the Senior Director of Service Delivery for OnX, responsible for the Professional Services delivery staff and projects across Canada. Stephen has an extensive business background coupled with 25 years of experience in strategic technology planning and technical architecture design of large, complex IT infrastructures. Stephen has been involved in selling and delivering professional services engagements with large enterprise customers in Canada, the United States and Europe; assisting in developing enterprise-wide technology blueprint and implementation strategies spanning the networking, data centre, security and service management fields. Most recently he was responsible for growth and management of OnX’s Cloud Strategy across North America as well as running the Professional Services business. An exceptional communicator, Stephen is also a highly sought after speaker at industry events and client-specific presentation forums where his unique understanding of the symbiotic relationship between technology and business helps client executives understand how technology can be used to support their business initiatives. With a strong entrepreneurial background and a history of fostering business growth, Stephen has a demonstrated ability to seamlessly bridge the business and technology worlds.
