I have completed certifications in data protection and privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM) and a member of the Governance Institute. I have a strong track record of delivering business solutions that help my clients comply with financial services legislation and incorporate good governance & risk management within their businesses. In private practice and in-house, I gained extensive experience in launching new ventures, managing investment legal documentation, advising executive management, and handling complex transactions and projects. My core competencies include product design, FCA authorisations and supervision, commercial and consumer contracts, corporate, investment and M&A, governance and compliance, regulatory audits, exit planning and wind down.
