With over 15 years of leadership, mentorship, and operational management experience, I have successfully led teams in both large and small-scale operations. My background includes designing and implementing training programs, conducting peer counseling sessions for service members and their families, and optimizing administrative planning to improve efficiency and outcomes. I am a motivational leader who believes in practicality, respect, and humility as the foundation of effective management. My leadership philosophy centers on leading by example, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging innovative problem-solving at all levels.
