I live to solve problems with creative solutions. I'm a strong advocate for user-centered design principles that always puts the user first. I’m passionate about designing products that serve a purpose. Some of my responsibilities include- Work collaboratively with product managers & developers in an iterative design process. Questioning direction, and always looking to offer alternative ideas to enhance the experience- Push back on dark patterns, and offer solutions that benefit the user and the product- Handoff UX/UI comps while working in an agile environment - Design user experiences across multiple platforms including web & native apps - Develop & debug frontend solutions using HTML, CSS & JavaScript - Improve experiences through user testing, A/B testing & direct customer feedback - Identify industry best practices for user experience through competitive analysis - Demonstrate use of metrics, requirements, constraints, & creativity to provide optimal solutions - Create & maintain visual guidelines - Conduct user interviews to develop service blueprints and customer journey maps - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to determine the information architecture & user interface
