I have over 20 years of executive search experience in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences sector. I am passionate about helping clients find the right leaders for their operations and strategic goals, covering top management and senior functional roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, life science, and healthcare consulting and services sectors. With my academic background in psychology and neuroscience, and my professional certification in Prophet, a proprietary leadership assessment tool by Boyden, I bring a unique perspective and value proposition to the talent acquisition process.
