About Stephen J. Crewdson

I have spent my career in customer experience (I started before it was called that) and I’ve focused on asking consumers, employees, and other folks questions to understand their needs, motivations, and aspirations. I use what I learn from them, along with P&C industry experience, to help executives better deliver to their stakeholders and grow the business. It has been a great path to follow and I love seeing my clients succeed.
