A proactive senior project manager with extensive experience in ICT across both the Private & Government sectors. My experience covers Data Migration, Infrastructure and Application upgrade & integration projects, applying POPM/Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on communication, product backlog creation and a positive response to change. Most projects include managing the full project lifecycle, from development of Enterprise Roadmaps, Business Cases, Project Charters, PIDs, Resourcing, Scheduling and delivering solutions to an agreed scope and budget. Also, with extensive experience in developing and leading culturally diverse project teams in Australia, Asia and the sub-continent, while continuing to support corporate strategies and program deliverables. My career demonstrates a proven track record of delivering projects with high energy and dedication.
