Peviously General Manager for Sunnyfield Employment Services and active contributor of the Sunnyfield Senior Leadership team, responsible for the operation and viable growth of the Employment Services division. The role encompasses a diverse range of activities in providing a positive, rewarding employment outcomes where people learn, work and contribute to society in a dignified manner. Responsible for TGA/GMP manufacturing operations, employment services vocational training programs and the operational integration of new businesses, mergers & acquisitions including the leadership of 300 staff. Accountabilities include strategy/implementation, merger & acquisition integration, commercial management and operations of multi located TGA/GMP Primary and Secondary pharma manufacturing/production facilities. Experienced NFP NDIS practitioner with experience, and skilled in Community, Accommodation, Australian Disability Enterprises and Employment Services service provision. Appointed as General Manager in 2014, following a successful career with extensive experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Property and Energy industries.
