I am delighted to have been appointed as an Employability Skills Tutor at North Herts College, Stevenage. Starting later this month Following redundancy from TCHC, I am looking for new opportunities with organisations looking for a very experienced Digital skills and Employability skills tutor I have moved on from my Time as Team Leader in the Restart Office, I am now working back in the Adult Learning team on an exciting new Employability project with a major client in the London Area TCHC - Restart Programme I am pleased to say that I have now been promoted to be the Restart Team Manager, following a successful time as an Employment coach. Training and Personal Development Following on from me writing the scripts for the highly successful TCHC Class2Cloud IT courses around two years ago, I have been asked to get my script writing typewriter out again. This time I will be creating a Blended Learning programme on starting up a new business, so I am looking at Business Planning, finance and marketing, amongst others and turning the existing courses in to film scripts. Last time around I wrote the scripts for over 50 short animated films, which were voiced over by a professional from the industry. It is still quite strange hearing my words spoken by someone else on the films. I have been working with disaffected youths and the long term unemployed on some innovative programmes to help them turn their life around and to get back in to mainstream education or work, this has proved to be both challenging and immensely satisfying. I have devised and presented Microsoft Office courses to an estimated delegates over the past 25 years. I have also devised and presented Employability Skills programmes such as CV preparation and Writing also a one day Interview Skills session. I am currently providing Business Start-up courses to clients. International Trade I Devised and developed an overseas supplier matching service, specialising in Central Eastern Europe including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania. We are proud to have achieved inward investment for the country. The Covid-19 situation has led to enquiries from businesses sourcing mainly in China, investigating the possibility of Central Eastern Europe for suppliers closer to home. I am happy to help with this.
