Stephen is an AI Customer Deployment Product Manager at Agentnoon, a Y Combinator–backed startup building world-class Organizational Design and Workforce Planning software. He spent six years at Deloitte, most recently as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Innovation group within the Office of Generative AI. There, Stephen focused on internal enablement with generative AI tools, working at the intersection of product development, product design, and product management to build game-changing solutions for the firm. Earlier in his Deloitte career, he supported clients across industries on regulatory risk and compliance, business continuity planning, operational resilience, workforce planning, and talent strategy. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering, Stephen brings an engineer’s mindset to his work—seeking efficient, root-cause solutions that prioritize simplicity and scalability. His expertise in automation and process improvement allows him to design tools and processes that enhance workflows and create capacity for teams to thrive. Stephen also prides himself on his people skills and relationship-building abilities, leveraging them to create strong teams, foster community, and help others grow.
