Thirtieth year as an educator in Government, Catholic and Independent Schools in Western Australia and sixteenth year as a career development specialist. Currently Careers and VET Coordinator at Trinity College Pertth. Prior to this was the inaugural Head of Careers at Hale School. Manage transitions and advice around post school destinations. Developing and maintaining relationships with the tertiary, TAFE and employment sectors to advance opportunities for students. Deep knowledge of state, interstate and international university systems. Vast experience of developing and managing external partnerships with government agencies and mining companies. Expert knowledge of practices and movements in the field of Career Development. Development of online resources for people to access in relation to Career Development. Involvement in developing nationally recognised programs to engage indigenous students in training and employment programs that have led to ongoing employment and con-current improvements to their lives and those of family. Outstanding mediation and conflict resolution skills in relation to student issues based upon extensive exposure to these in a broad range of settings.
