I hold a QQI Level 6 qualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain & Logistics, supported by certifications in Business Administration, Supervisory Management, Engineering Technology, and Warehousing. My career has spanned engineering, retail, and construction sectors, with hands-on expertise in procurement, logistics coordination, stock control, and client engagement and sales. At Assa Abloy, I played a key role in the European supply chain network. I coordinated shuttle transfers from multiple production sites across Europe to central distribution hubs, optimising the loading of 13-metre trailers for shipment to Ireland. I also managed third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to end sites. My responsibilities included stock reconciliation, warehouse coordination, and inventory tracking across SAP and internal systems. With Strahan Timber, I focused on purchasing, stock management, and coordinating transport for timber products, helping maintain supply continuity and efficient yard operations all whilst assisting in running the construction studies tender for schools nationwide making sales and dealing with teachers and school principles over phone face to face and also via outlook. At Tubs & Tiles, I helped customers design high-end bathrooms and collaborated with architects and contractors on tailored projects. I was also entrusted with opening/closing duties, float management, and cashing up procedures — reflecting my operational reliability and customer focus. Now at TileStyle as a Stock Control Administrator, I manage supplier orders, coordinate inbound shipments from across Europe, maintain ERP data integrity (Intact IQ), and ensure stock availability for both residential and commercial projects. I work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support smooth, cost-effective supply chain operations. I have experience running tenders for schools, conducting B2B/B2C sales (including Bord Gáis campaigns), and I’m proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Intact, Sage, Core, and Kerridge, along with tools like Kanban scheduling and Pepperi.
