CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Successfully leading an entire website re-design with the goal of improving user flows, reducing bounce rates and increasing acquisitions. The goal was achieved using a modified Agile workflow to conduct research, define target users, understand user goals and expectations, then testing proposed solutions to ensure the final product was user-centered. • Initiating and managing the launch of an automated apparel ordering system. The platform was significantly more efficient than the previous system and provided our staff and clients with 24/7 access, fast turnarounds, and consumer friendly pricing. I launched the new platform through a series of email campaigns via Campaign Monitor. Data from these campaigns was then used to refine product offerings, increase sales, and strategically diversify online inventory. • Being an active member in two corporate re-brands. I helped implement the successful launch of both projects while ensuring the rollout was cost-effective for our stakeholders and engaging for our target audiences.
