Its really about understanding how businesses operate-their product/service, their leadership and their culture. How does it all mesh-and how do I protect it from the "what ifs" that get tossed in their way. I start with how things "are". Assess and massage the details. Next, I determine the specific action steps to best protect and grow the balance sheet strength through- Risk Mitigation-Safety Programs, HR Consulting, Business Advisory Consulting, Risk Management and Insurance-Implementation & Monitoring of the controls set in place-Review, adjust and work side by side with company leadership to ensure maximum profits. With over 40 years in the Risk Management business-I'm here to share my knowledge. I'm also very involved in my community of Wethersfield where I am currently Vice-Chair of the Town's Charter Revision Commission as well as a Commissioner on the Wethersfield Housing Authority. Its not all work-I am a member of the Board of Governors at Wethersfield Country Club and serve as its Golf Chairman. Yes, I am an avid golfer but save the best time for my family including my 8 grandchildren and studying the Civil War, I am a bit of a history buff.
