Profile Summary: A dedicated social development worker with over two decades of experience in project life cycle across various sectors including education-Complementary Basic Education, Inclusion Education & EdTech, agriculture, health, and entrepreneurial skills, particularly (TVET). My expertise includes synthesizing program updates to generate evocative and compelling reports, safeguarding initiatives, program monitoring and evaluation, proposal development, grant management, and fostering stakeholder engagement. I am deeply committed to promoting human rights and establishing equitable partnerships in diverse organizational contexts. Professional Experience: I have held key positions with organizations such as Crown Agents, World Education, and Plan International. In these roles, I have successfully led multiply projects aimed at enhancing access to education, improving safeguarding practices, and strengthening child protection measures. Additionally, I have facilitated access to antiretroviral therapy (ART) for Key populations affected by HIV and TB. My impactful contributions are evident in managing initiatives with a focus on empowering youth. Key Achievements- Served as the Senior Education Accountability Advisor at Crown Agents on the USAID-funded Strengthening Accountability in Ghana’s Education System (SAGES) project, operating within the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) at the Ghana Education Service Headquarters- Supported leadership at national, regional, and district levels and collaborated with agencies including the National Teaching Council and the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment- Conducted scoping activities for data collection and information relevant to the USAID zone of influence, engaging stakeholders at national, regional, and district levels- Participated in projects such as the USAID Low Cost for Private Schools, USAID SAGES, and USAID Youth Activity, facilitating discussions with diverse community members including men, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and government workers- Contributed to national initiatives such as the review of the National Youth Policy in Accra and played a vital role in the validation of the National Apprenticeship Policy (TVET) and the Improving Work Opportunities for the Youth (I WORK) consultative meeting.
