I consistently deliver successful IT projects by helping clients plan, implement, upgrade, and optimize their ERP software investments. I am a thought leader who facilitates envisioning the future state and taking the necessary steps to achieve it. I have broad experience in both ERP strategy and delivery consulting. My strategy projects have included the creation of application strategic roadmaps, application fit/gaps and recommendations, building business cases for the implementation of enterprise wide technology solutions, and developing the timelines, projects plans, and RFPs to initiate and support those projects.I am very experienced in current state business process mapping and redesign, including the design of future state business processes within and outside of software applications.I have supported ERP Assessment, Implementation, Upgrade, and Optimization projects as a project manager, test lead, and organizational change management lead.My primary clients include regulated utility and transmission companies, DOE-affiliated government laboratories, and state and local government entities, but I have worked with clients in the following industries: healthcare, wholesale/retail, staffing, professional services, financials services, insurance.
