About Stephen Lam

I help people put on great shows. Over the last 8+ years in ticketing and live entertainment, I’ve managed a book of 70+ clients — from one-night festivals to venues running 250+ events a year. My major accounts bring in $2.6M+ in ticket revenue annually, and I’ve built long-term partnerships by making sure the ticketing side runs smoothly, the data makes sense, and clients feel supported from kickoff through recap. Right now, I lead the Client Services team at Freshtix, where I:+ Train and mentor reps to onboard clients faster and keep them happy + Build event setups that handle everything from season passes to sponsor packages + Negotiate contracts that keep clients coming back year after year I’m a data nerd and a people person — I love digging into client reports to spot trends, but I also love being the go-to when a client has a tricky issue that needs solving yesterday. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a show (on either side of the ticket counter), keeping up with live event trends, and looking for new ways to make the fan experience better.
