Motivated R&D Engineer with a B.Sc. and Ph.D, bringing 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and machining of advanced polymers and reinforced materials. My Ph.D. research focused on Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 1 to 3, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into existing machinery. I played a key role in research and development, manufacturing, machining, testing and providing subject matter expertise within a collaborative team project. This work led to the creation of real-time digital twin and machine learning solutions for enhanced quality assurance and process monitoring. These innovations enabled seamless integration of advanced algorithms into existing machinery, providing a cost-effective approach to predicting equipment failure, reducing downtime, and improving production efficiency.
