About Stephen Levan

It was in a California airport hangar where Steve LeVan, as a child, first understood what operational excellence looked like. As he watched his father in his work for automotive legend Carroll Shelby (of. fame) and multiple entrepreneurial endeavors, he observed environments where teamwork, strategic clarity, and new ideas were vital to the success of each operation. This experience began to create a foundation of leadership which has sustained Steve’s success as an executive, consultant, and board director. Among Steve’s strengths is his ability to build, scale, transform, mentor, and empower top-tier operational and sales teams. By aligning individual competencies with the needs of the business, he has turned dozens of junior hires into aspiring leaders who quickly advanced into management roles. Those who know him best appreciate his enthusiasm in celebrating the achievements of his team members while also helping them identify new opportunities for growth. The scope of Steve’s leadership spans startups to 10-figure businesses, union / nonunion teams of <100 to +1500, multistate territories, management of Fortune 500 account negotiations and retention, and multiple product / service offerings. Throughout his tenure at Frontier Communications, Steve's ascent from Vice President to Senior Vice President was marked by transformative leadership. Across diverse sectors—from wholesale to B2B to B2B2C—he orchestrated leaps in efficiency, service excellence, financial impact, and customer satisfaction. Beyond the corporate realm, Steve's commitment to excellence extends to community service as a Board Commissioner for the Ballston Lake Fire Department. And, following his automotive passions, a High Performance Driver Education Instructor for the Porsche Club of America. A former competitive water skier, he now enjoys a wide range of outdoor adventures with his family.
