I have over forty years of extensive and comprehensive experience representing clients in extremely complex and difficult criminal, matrimonial and civil cases in federal and New York state courts including many high-profile cases. I served for six years as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County under the Honorable Carl Vergari, and was Section Chief in the Superior Court Trial Division. I have also served as Special District Attorney and Special Prosecutor in investigations and prosecutions in Westchester, Dutchess and Putnam Counties, and I am the Town Prosecutor for zoning, town ordinance violations, and New York State Police traffic violations for the towns of Somers and North Salem.
