About Stephen Logan

I am the Building Services Design Director at Aurecon I have more than 30 years international experience in consulting engineering in buildings. As a Design Director I am tasked with bringing the best of design to our clients on their key projects, through my own ideas sometimes, but most often through collaboration with wider multi-discipline teams. I've been fortunate to be able to apply this collaborative design approach on some fantastic, award winning projects, including Wembley Stadium in the UK, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, and Sunshine Coast University Hospital in Queensland. For this latter project I was named one of Australia's Most Innovative Engineers by Engineers Australia in 2017. My experience includes airports, sports stadiums, healthcare, large commercial and public buildings. I have been engaged on projects in the UK, Middle East, Asia and Australia. My Aviation experience includes Western Sydney Airport, Perth Airport, Long Thanh International Airport amongst others. My experience in sports and entertainment facilities includes Lusail Stadium in Doha, Christchurch Arena (Te Kaha), Perth Arena, Arts Centre Victoria, The State Theatre of WA, Wembley Stadium in London, Docklands Stadium Melbourne and many others. Other highlight projects include the TRX retail complex in Kuala Lumpur, the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, Brookfield Place Perth and the Square Kilometre Array project in Western Australia
