Leading over 50 projects while partnering with thousands of managers and executives across many different types of clients, from small firms to Fortune 500s, in roles of president, director, manager, program manager, and project manager, has given me skills in executing and delivering across many kinds of organizations and with many types of personalities. I’ve built a proven track record for streamlining processes, reducing costs, developing innovative methodologies, approaches, and templates, and strongly delivering on project commitments. I’m a strategic thought leader and project management expert, leveraging traditional waterfall, hybrid, and fully agile approaches to drive successful and significant change. No matter the size of the organization, I am always committed to building an inclusive work culture for every different kind of personality and delivery situation and every different capability of business and technical teams. Last year I surveyed managers about the greatest challenges they faced managing projects, charted the results and the most frequently cited challenges involved team and stakeholder leadership, and not being able to find the time to do project management.
