I have worked for M.C.W. since 2005. I started as a welder/fabricator out on the floor where i became skilled in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW welding processes. D1.1 certification in GMAW Pulse, GMAW with stainless steel, SMAW, and FCAW, ASME 2G GMAW pipe certification. Able to fluently read blueprints and follow proper weld procedures. I am able to operate press brakes, shears, iron workers, plate roles, and overhead cranes. I have fabricated small handrails to large scale structural buildings including stairway systems. January 2018 I was promoted to shop foreman where I manage a team of skilled fabricators, scheduling, and employee development.
