I led projects aimed at streamlining processes, automating tasks and optimizing resources. Currently, as the HC Assurance Director, I oversee the quality management of HC functions. My role involves refining recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent retention processes through automation, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and excellence.
