Over the course of my career, I’ve embraced roles that challenge the status quo. From spearheading the implementation of advanced ERP systems to developing innovative training programs, I have always sought to transform complex financial operations into streamlined, transparent processes. My focus on integrating technology with financial management has not only improved efficiency but also supported strategic decision-making and long-term growth. One of my core strengths is my ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. This analytical approach has guided me in developing and executing strategic plans that align with company goals and drive continuous progress. Whether it’s optimizing reporting timelines, managing risk, or fostering collaboration among departments, my aim is to deliver results that enhance both operational effectiveness and organizational success. In recent years, I have led transformative projects that included reducing reporting times from 90 to 7 days, developing comprehensive business plans, and navigating complex currency conversions. My experience spans various sectors and countries, reflecting my adaptability and commitment to achieving excellence in diverse environments. My leadership style is centered around collaboration and empowerment. I believe in building strong teams and providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. Key Achievements: Led the successful implementation of SAP ERP for Caltex / Chevron Corporation subsidiaries in Kenya and Uganda. Developed a unified Cash Management strategy for Caltex Oil Kenya and Caltex Oil Uganda. Achieved superior investment performance compared to benchmarks such as the Nairobi Stock Exchange 20 Share Index and Government of Kenya Treasury Bills and Bonds yields, while effectively managing associated risks. Secured USD 350 million in capital and restructured financial procedures at Kenya Petroleum Refineries Ltd, facilitating the transition from a toll to a merchant refining business model in my first month as CFO. Looking ahead, I am excited to bring my expertise to new challenges and opportunities.
