I have held a senior position for the last 27 years and have been fully responsible and accountable for service delivery across multiple projects, SOW's and SLA's. My track record is excellent in building and sustaining customer relationships along with maintaining staff retention whilst delivering business requirements on time and within budgets from inception to acceptance. As well as direct Project Management through full project life cycle within Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors I have also carried the role of Project Executive reporting at project committee/board level with status/risk/business case updates.
