About Stephen Miller
I have been dedicated to guitar performance and developing musicianship training for guitarists since 1984 including the teaching of thousands of students and the creation of books and materials, guitar programs and two companies. 2011 Formed GuitarInteract.com a web based e-commerce site to promote, sell and distribute interactive curriculum for private and group instruction and performance. 1997 Began the creation of "Guitar Academy" and interactive guitar program based on a series of materials and books including solo and ensemble works and musicianship training. Began teaching at Indiana University. 1995 Miller's Guitar Studio became Miller Guitar Academy and expanded a curriculum to include Suzuki based children's program and interactive guitar programs for all ages in the Northern Indiana area. 1987 Opened Miller's Guitar Studio to teach lessons to Northern Indiana guitar students. 1986 Began teaching and developing guitar program at the University of Notre Dame. Completed Masters in Composition and Guitar at the University of Redlands, CA.
