I am currently working as an Associate Director in Grant Thornton Ireland in Financial Services Advisory. I have 18 years experience in financial services having previously worked 7 years with the National Asset Management Agency and 10 years in Bank of Ireland Corporate. I have a wide range of financial services experience across credit management, corporate lending, loan sales, restructuring, enforcement and project management. I have strong people management skills leading teams in projects whilst meeting & exceeding client goals and deadlines. I have worked as a team leader managing a team of 5 with direct responsibility for 45 connections with secured assets with a combined value in excess of €100 million. I also had delegated authority for new money requests, annual budgets and capex requests with the objective of maximising asset values. My previous experience was in Corporate lending teams covering a wide variety of industries which has aided my expertise in the financial modelling of each of these market sectors. I consider myself self-driven, resilient and an ambitious person with excellent banking, teamwork and people management experience.
