Significant board experience successfully managing water and wastewater technical, infrastructure, business, land and consumer issues. Board Chairman of a $50 Million/ year regional wastewater utility and Consumer Affairs Committee Chairman of an $80 Million/year regional water utility. Responsible for evaluation and approval of rate increases, capital projects and land disposition issues. Work with management, state and local officials, environmental groups and regulatory agencies to address infrastructure problems/needs, develop financial strategies, implement regional projects, replace customer information systems, resolve community issues and plan future objectives. Efforts have resulted in plant upgrades, new infrastructure, open space preservation, operational efficiency, rate stabilization and emergency preparedness.
