About Stephen Monrose

A human waterfall where authenticity and determination flows is one of the many ways I describe myself. I am an individual who is always looking to add to my knowledge base and skills.Due to my eagerness to keep bettering myself, I enrolled in the Year Up program, where I studied financial operations. The Year Up program is a one-year program where young adults are empowered with the skills and values that today’s corporate industry desires. Year Up has enabled me to develop as a much stronger professional. I have improved on many skills of mine such as, my public speaking, professional writing, critical thinking, communication, working with a team, time management, and more. As part of the Year Up program, I interned as a Portfolio Manager Assistant at Bank of America Private Bank. Luckily on completion of my internship, I got hired. I transitioned from the Investments team where I worked as a Portfolio Manager Assistant Intern to the Trust team where I was a Trust Administrative Officer until August 2021. I now hold a Teller position at Wells Fargo.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, setting up time for meditation, or simply dedicating my time to helping others.
