About Stephen Moore

I'm compelled to work with purpose. I'm a voracious reader who thinks deeply about the projects I'm working on. How can we make them better? How can we be more efficient and effective? Are those around me functioning at their capacity and using their skills and talents? These questions constantly run through my mind because I love making the product/service better. In addition, one of my greatest passions is developing others. What do they need to achieve their goals? Am I able to help them? Can I give them a challenge or support that will make them successful? If not, can I connect them with someone else who can? This is important to me because I believe their success is bound up with mine.
