About Stephen Morphett

An experienced change manager and HR business partner with a clear understanding of PROSCI methodology, emotional intelligence requirements of change and the ability to create meaningful relationships to partner with business areas to enable the excellence of their people. I have spent my career working in an organisation more than 1600 people with a footprint across the State which has enabled me to build flexible and appropriate strategies to assist a variety of clients who have a variety of needs. A strong collaborator who understands the need to manage expectations and provide coaching to senior management (including Corporate Executives of large organisations) and staff to meet the needs of the business. I utilise my exceptional interpersonal skills to engage, learn and create meaningful relationships in all interactions and ensure that I am available to deliver best practice people and culture programs across the agency. I have extensive experience in the creation of people-based policy and procedure and have the interpretation and investigation skills required in undertaking several significant breaches of discipline investigations.
