About Stephen Morris

Design Lead at Capcon Engineering Capcon Engineering specialises in siphonic and gravity rainwater drainage solutions with experience in multiple large-scale projects. We offer our clients a complete end-to-end solution for drainage, beginning with custom design and pre-fabrication right through to professional installation, certification, and maintenance. We provide single warranty source, bespoke testing and commissioning, along with BCAR Certification at each stage. As a Design Lead, my responsibilities include producing high-level, coordinated, efficient, constructible rainwater systems that comply with British standards. An essential part of my role is sharing the accumulated knowledge of a particular design to project managers and other key stakeholders in the Design Team. Excellent communication is critical to ensure the smooth management and installation of our services. I have an honours Bachelor’s degree in architectural technology which has given me a high level of competency in 3D modelling through programmes such as Revit and Naviswork. As specialist contractors working with main contractors who use BIM, we understand that our works also need to be modelled in 3d to maintain project co-ordination standards.
