He is a registered architect in New York, Colorado and Connecticut, a member of the New York Chapter of the AIA, and an accredited GBCI LEED Green Associate. He has degrees in architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design (Master of Architecture) and Cornell University (Bachelor of Architecture), where he was a recipient of the Sands and Alpha Rho Chi medals. He currently sits on the Sustainability Collaborative for the Town of Mamaroneck, and is a past member of the Town Planning Board and the Village of Mamaroneck Architectural Review Board. Stephen is a long-time supporter of the Architectural League and National Trust for Historic Preservation. He lectures on his work, is engaged with the architecture education community, and has been an invited critic at Cornell, Columbia, and Syracuse universities, as well as Parsons School of Design and New Jersey School of Architecture. Prior to forming his studio in 2013, Moser practiced for more than seventeen years with Peter Marino Architect in New York City, managing a diverse portfolio of contemporary luxury projects in the United States, Milan, Hong Kong, London, and Paris. Earlier in his career, Moser worked for Weiss/Manfredi Architects focusing on urban-scaled projects, including the award-winning Women’s Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery. Moser has traveled extensively as architect and architecture student: for Peter Marino projects in Milan, Hong Kong, London, and Paris; for research in Paris (as a recipient of Cornell’s Eidlitz Traveling Fellowship), and for study in Berlin (as an undergraduate). He worked for O.M. Ungers and Hans Kolhoff in Germany.
