I am a committed and highly motivated person with over 20 years BT experience in an ever changing environment. I have widespread knowledge of telecommunications, customer service and sales having spent many years as an online advisor before moving into a role as a manager on BT Business overseeing AOT COT and outbound calling capability as well as a role of Continuous Improvement Lead. This role demanded vision and direction along with leadership and organisation. My Current role of business loyalty and retentions manager is a role in which I excel. I consistently exceed targets and see myself very much as a people person using my personality to get the best from my team. I pride myself on the values & culture I instil within the various roles I have worked, the output of which is evident through CARE results. I thrive on challenges and have proven my capability to react quickly and decisively to change. I am a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a drive to succeed in all aspects of both work and personal life. I am eager to learn new skills and gain knowledge to enhance my learning. I work well both alone and as part of a team.
