About Stephen Nicolello

I specialize in taking complex, messy processes and transforming them into streamlined, cost-effective systems that deliver clarity at scale. In my current role, I have pioneered automation solutions that reduce weeks of work to minutes, developed and integrated scalable data pipelines, and built reporting frameworks that empower executives to anticipate risks and make faster, data-driven decisions. What sets me apart is my ability to pair technical skill with business impact. I have partnered directly with executives, managed external factory relationships, and led cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and alignment. With expertise across Excel, VBA, Python, Power BI, Airtable, PowerShell, SQL, and Power Automate, I am passionate about applying technology-driven solutions to solve real business problems and unlock growth. I am excited to explore opportunities where I can continue scaling systems, building stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business value.
