Stephen Chukwuemeka Nwala is a dedicated Petroleum Engineer with a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), with a strong foundation in Well Completions, Reservoir Engineering, and IT support roles. With about three years of professional experience in the energy sector, Stephen has gained valuable insights from his tenure at Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited (HESNL), Mikel Energy International and his current role as a Petroleum (Reservoir) Engineer at Aradel Holdings PLC.As a passionate advocate for the safety and well-being of those working in the energy industry, Stephen is committed to advancing the industry's safety standards. His enthusiasm for creating a safer work environment has driven him to continually pursue professional development in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). He has completed notable safety training programs with Petroplays International, Alison Academy and OSHA United Kingdom, further solidifying his expertise in this critical area.Stephen's commitment to safety extends beyond his professional life, as he actively volunteered for global initiatives such as the United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Fellowship, as well as the UNICEF COVID-19 Response for Africa.
