With over 13 years of experience in the higher education industry, I am passionate about helping military-affiliated learners pursue their academic and career aspirations. As a Military Education Specialist at Grand Canyon University, I assist learners in choosing a bachelor's or master's degree that aligns with their goals, and provide them with a free pre-evaluation of their possible transfer credits and estimated costs. I also leverage my skills in project management, employee development, and customer service to support the organization's mission and vision. I have successfully managed a team that was responsible for new hire training, system implementation, and compliance application, and worked closely with executive level management to execute and implement organization-wide processes. Additionally, I have a Master's Degree in Healthcare Informatics from Grand Canyon University, which reflects my interest and expertise in the health care field.
