As a Product Analysis Team Leader at Paycom, I lead a team of analysts who conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and identify user needs and pain points for various payroll and HR products. I collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate user insights into product features and enhancements that improve user experience and satisfaction. I have extensive payroll and HR management knowledge, thanks to my Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and my previous role as a Service Team Lead at Paycom. In this role, I managed a team of service specialists who provided payroll and HR support and solutions to clients across different industries and sizes. I also have experience in banking, sales, and marketing, which helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills. I am extremely motivated and hard-working, and I always strive to learn new skills and technologies that can help me deliver better products and services to our users and clients. I am passionate about solving problems, creating value, and making a positive impact through my work. My goal is to continue growing as a leader and a product analyst, and to contribute to Paycom's vision of transforming the payroll and HR industry.
