About Stephen Pasquan

I am currently self employed in the real estate development business. Prior to this I was a Senior Systems Engineer 2 at General Dynamics Mission Systems in the space payloads division. I was the lead engineer on our program, tasked with managing requirements, assist in establishing and executing tests, as well as the proposal and management side of the industry. Prior to this, I was an inspection supervisor at Raytheon Missile Systems. I managed multiple 15+ bargaining unit inspector groups across multiple geographic locations. I also was a quality engineer in both the manufacturing and software areas. Prior to all these, I managed construction projects for Charter Properties. I enjoy working with complex systems and seeing how all the parts come together to make the best possible product for the customer. I also like seeing the entire lifecycle of products. I have extensive management knowledge so anytime I can utilize those skills, I will. My degree is in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Signal Processing, Digital Circuits and Control Systems. I also have knowledge in C++, C#, HTML5, CSS, VHDL, and am in the process of enhancing my JavaScript and jQuery skills. I also have a significant amount of practical experience in management and have learned many skills in order to broaden my experience.
