Reduced costs of production from $109 per standard hour to $60 through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Implemented the concept of “Super Cells”, insourced sterile assembly clean & pack, increasing output per employee from 1123 units to 2770 units per person Increased machining capacity from 18K (2012) units to 150K (2021). Implemented S&N first, self contained fully automated manufacturing cell.
