About Stephen Pinto

Stephen Pinto has more than 25 years of senior leadership, management, construction, design and environmental experience, which includes, leading over a 100-person teams across a variety of geographic locations and managing a $50MM P&L. He has been engaged in First Nation Partnerships been a Board of Director on two Joint Ventures. He has conducted cost estimation for multi-year projects up to $100MM in budget, performed public consultations and public speaking and been a project manager on design/build multi-disciplinary projects. He has prepared environmental management and protection plans, designed solutions for remediation and restoration projects, conducted construction oversight and is engaged in regulatory interpretation and compliance. Stephen is ECC Canada's Program Manager and formerly the Senior Vice President and Division Head for Remediation of QM Environmental. His responsibilities include business development and growing opportunities. He has inputted, tracked and helped build financial forecasts using CRM systems. He is responsible for creating annual budgets, reviewing bids, managing risk, strategic planning, supporting projects, managing budgets; training, mentoring and supervising teams, leading meetings, advising senior officials and managing issues. Stephen was a finalist for the 2018 Eco Canada Environmental Professional Impact Award. Additionally, Stephen has presented at numerous conferences and public consultations and has authored and published journal articles.
