I have dedicated my career to real estate. Over the course of almost 20 years, I have been involved in nearly every facet of the commercial and residential sides of the business. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS- Exclusively listed over $69M in net lease real estate, closing more than $15M SF), resulting from 24,526 cold calls at Sands Investment Group, in less than 36 months- Played a pivotal role in Brookfield's downtown New York City multi-year redevelopment of Brookfield Place, as part of a team charged with visioning and leasing SF of high profile retail real estate- Launched and completed three multifamily syndication funds, securing over $3M in investor funding- Acted as General Partner to acquire over 100 units in 63 assets, ultimately generating nearly 8% returns to our LP investors in the start up phase. I currently invest in, develop and lease commercial real estate, helping local business owners and national brands realize their growth strategies and investment goals. I have also been a builder/remodeler of residential real estate, including multi-family, student housing, and single family homes. I enjoy managing projects, budgets, timelines, and thoughtful design. I thrive on the daily challenges involved with new construction and renovation projects, including sourcing a deal pipeline and day-to-day operational oversight of a wide range of subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and governmental agencies and consultants. Most people would be surprised to learn that I am volunteer firefighter currently serving as a Lieutenant and having won the High Points Award in 2023 and the Firefighter of the Year Award in 2022.
