I have spent the last 10 years working in Waste Water Electrical manaegement. I have worked with several electrical, instrumentation, and automation engeneers to help implement the consent decree for the City of Chattanooga and the Moccasin Bend Waste Water Treatment plant. This includes expanding the capacity from 120 MGD to 140 MGD. Upgrading the Chlorine system to Bleach. Upgrading the control room including adding new GE PLCs throughout the plant, moving from GE cimplicity to VT SCADA. Help to design a 10-million- gallon storge tank. This project will be the first for Moccasin Bend to have electrical safety into the project. I helped over see the electrical arc flash study of the plant and over 80 pump station. I also helped write SOPs for all the electrical for the entire system.
