I have developed skills and implemented them on behalf of a variety of organizations. I spent a decade in Inventory and Resource Management within the manufacturing industry. and subsequently applied them in the Emergency Service Communications field, managing logistics on behalf of user agencies as well as affiliated concerns. I have functioned in small organizations in which I was given the opportunity to work in a wide array of areas to accomplish the goals of the group, and I have operated collaboratively within larger groups at which time we were able to achieve mission successes as a team. I have operated as the supervisor of a prescribed group of employees on routine tasks and have led teams on more targeted projects. I have worked as a classroom instructor with new employees as well as affiliated agencies, educating them as to our process and culture. I have identified and developed new ideas and updated/advanced SOP’s as needed. I have gathered vital information and generated briefings that were used by top leadership in bringing up to speed community leaders on a variety of issues and events. I have been a member of the recruiting team, interview group and conducted background investigations on potential new hires. I have been extensively immersed in concepts designed to manage varied and complex resources, in multiple locations, within jurisdictional parameters, in simultaneous and compressed timeframes.
