About Stephen Presti

I have worked in many capacities during my 25 plus years in business. My experience includes positions in leadership, management, operations, sales, training, warehousing, mentoring, liaison and project management. Having had the privilege to learn from some of the best mentors that the USAF, Disney and other top companies had to offer, has taught me how to handle countless situations in business and personal life. I have always enjoyed being part of high energy teams that enjoy what they do. I've become an experienced leader that cares for people while understanding bottom line results. I enjoy being a proactive, organized, detailed, problem solver that is a goal oriented team member that communicates well on all levels including “C” level executives while cultivating relationships. My dedication to customers, team members and partners is a hallmark of who I am. Growing up playing sports prepared me both to work hard individually and as part of a team. I believe that when your in the trenches it doesn't matter how something gets done or who does it, as long as it gets done right. As an U.S. Air Force (USAF) veteran my service taught me how important it was to continue helping others achieve their potential and reach their goals. I quickly learned that focusing on others transformed me into a better person and leader, because I was learning from everyone that I met. Having a love for the outdoors all my life, allowed me to see things from different perspectives, see potential solutions to challenges in work and life environments. Being in nature taught me to trust my instincts, it forced me to be more resourceful, process information better, make decisions and see the strengths of others and be strategic in all life encounters.
