Stephen is a seasoned Tech Entrepreneur, Startup Advisor, Builder and Scaler of Startups. Currently serving as a Founder In Residence at Hunsicker Venture Studio and recently DIAL Venture Studio, a joint venture between High Alpha Innovation and Purdue University. He is recognized for his ability to innovate, ideate, build, and scale startups. Stephen has a proven track record of building three companies from scratch, leading them all the way to successful acquisitions. His journey has given him a deep understanding of the startup landscape and a knack for turning vision into reality. In his roles as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) and Founder In Residence (FIR), Stephen has been instrumental in ideating, incubating, and executing revenue-generating initiatives. He excels at identifying opportunities that matter, and has been pivotal in Corporate Innovation and People Development, building programs, and launching new products. His work has directly impacted hundreds of founders, helping them to build, launch, and scale their ventures. At Founder Institute and CoFoundersLab, Stephen led all innovation initiatives, programs, and partnerships. He developed, launched, and scaled new products that provided immense value to the startup ecosystem. His innovative approach has helped enterprises disrupt from within, preventing them from being disrupted from the outside. As a former CEO and VP, Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision, driving operational excellence and stakeholder relations. He's managed companies ranging from $5M -$50M in revenue, multiple locations both domestically and internationally, managing in-person and remote teams.
