Specializing in neck, back, and extremity (arm/leg) disorders, my clinical focus is on helping people recover from pain and injury, with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term wellness. My journey into healthcare began after I personally faced chronic low back pain following a car accident. This experience ignited my passion to help others manage and overcome similar challenges through holistic, evidence-based treatments. I completed my initial training in massage therapy and exercise science at Trident Technical College and the College of Charleston, followed by advanced education in chiropractic care at Life University. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes across a wide range of disciplines—from dancers and musicians to triathletes, soccer players, and more. I take a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, combining spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications. This holistic strategy empowers my patients to regain their quality of life and enhance their long-term health and performance. I am also passionate about advancing the field of healthcare education through contributions to the International Journal of Massage & Bodywork and teaching at the Carolina School of Bodywork.
